Thanks for finding me! I’m Caroline, a design strategist who focuses on improving services and experiences for employees, grantees, and customers. But mostly, I’m a people-person. I love solving problems, using ethnographic research methods, creative facilitation, and systems-thinking to design solutions that keep people affected by a challenge or new opportunity, at the center.

People-centered tech solutions
I use empathy to understand the needs of a target audience and internal stakeholders. I act as a bridge between customer’s expectations and an organization’s capacity, creating concepts that increase customer engagement and efficiencies for organizations.
Creative facilitation
I design and facilitate the right approach (e.g. workshops, co-design sessions, sprints) to engage individuals and teams to identify new ideas and think strategically about how to solve hard problems.
Future visioning
I synthesize the needs of a target audience with an organization’s needs and help teams identify a “north star” to guide the future design of a service or experience. I help articulate future scenarios, prototype and prioritize concepts, and develop strategies that will drive change.
